How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Can I return it?
Yes, it is possible to return an item, but only under certain circumstances:
1. Damaged Product: If the item has damage or manufacturing defects, you can request a full refund within 7 days of receipt, providing a description and photos of the damage.
2. Wrong size (by customer error): In this case, the return is possible, but the shipping costs will be at your expense. Here too, you must request it within 7 days.

How can I wash the goods?
Reverse Wash: Always turn your shirt inside out to protect the print or embroidery.
Cold wash: Use cold or warm water (max 30°C) to preserve colours and details.
Mild detergent: Use a detergent without bleach or aggressive products.
Light Spin: Set a low spin speed to avoid damaging your print or embroidery.
